• Exchange/Store Credit Policy: We happily do exchange or store credit 7 days for customers if the item still has the tags attached and appears to be unworn. The customer must have a receipt to receive a store credit. If receipt is not present, the item must be exchanged. 
  • If you are MAILING back a return, please email us at within 3 days of receiving your item so that we can get you the return address. Our store address does not accept mail. Returns must be on their way back to us by the 7th day. Bow & Sparrow is not responsible for return shipping expenses.
  • All .99 items are FINAL SALE!
  • Damages: We always replace damaged items if the damages appear to have occurred before purchase. We do not exchange or give store credit to customers who damaged items after purchase or did not follow proper washing instructions.
  • Refunds: We DO NOT refund back to credit/debit cards.

>> Returns are issued as shop credit. You will receive a shop credit issued to your account for the paid item amount (original shipping is not refunded) with our website that can be applied to future purchases or you will receive a physical gift card if you are in store.

>> Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. We suggest shipping your returns with tracking information and Bow and Sparrow is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.


>> If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please use the "message us" tool located on the bottom right of our website and let us know within 3 days of delivery. Bow and & Sparrow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will review things on a case by case basis and see how we can help.

>> In the event that something in your order was out of stock or unable to be completed- You would receive an email showing a refund for that item. If your order is missing an item, this may be the case. If a made to order item is partially back ordered, part of your order may ship and include a note about the back ordered item.
